Eagle Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated, full-service inspection company. We provide outstanding professional consulting services to home buyers and sellers in the Pittsburgh, PA region

Kelly was a Union carpenter for 13 years and has owned Eagle Home Inspections for 8 years. He has extensive knowledge in home construction and repair. He taught commercial carpentry, through community college, at the Carpenters' Training Center for the union apprenticeship. Through the years, he has bought, fixed up, and sold several homes.He is a certified real estate inspector (CRI) through NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) and a certified inspector through NACHI (National Association of Certified Real Estate inspectors).This training and experience through the years, along with his continuing thirst to learn more make him the right choice as your inspector.

Tammy runs the office, handles the scheduling and day to day operations, and handles the marketing. She is a licensed real estate agent, but spends all of her time involved with Eagle Home Inspections and our three boys.

We believe in friendly customer service. During and after the inspection, we take time to answer all of your questions to ensure that you are comfortable about your new home purchase. In the end, our clients see us as a trusted partner, helping them make an informed buying decision.

You will get a computerized report the same day as the inspection. You will be able to access the report either from this website or we can e-mail it to you. If you would like, we can send or fax you a hard copy. After the inspection is over, we will remain your consultant indefinitely. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
